The trailer's are running right now for that new movie 'Law Abiding Citizen' with Jamie Foxx and King Leonidas--I mean, Gerard Butler.  According to IMDB Bibby's in it as well-playing a character named Sarah Lowell.  I have no idea how big of a part this is.  I haven't seen her in the trailers or anything, but I thought I'd let everyone know.

I think the movie opens October 16th.

A message from the Executive Producers of "Kings" -

From www.dvrplayground.com:

Remember way back in March when NBC unveiled KINGS amidst much fanfare… only to quickly shuffle it off the schedule to make room for such high quality fair like reruns of HOWIE DO IT, the Heidi/Spencer national embarrassment that is I’M A CELEBRITY… GET ME OUT OF HERE and of course more DATELINE, the newsmag that’s never met a story it couldn’t turn into a terrifying ‘IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!’

Well, this Saturday at 8PM, KINGS returns and here with a personal message to those who’ve been waiting patiently for the return of the king is the creator himself, Michael Green, who emailed theTVaddict.com just moments ago:

We are excited to announce that the critically acclaimed drama KINGS will finally return to NBC this Saturday, June 13th at 8pm.

The show’s remaining seven episodes will continue to run weekly, through to the series’ finale on July 25, wrapping up all major storylines.

The episodes include more incredible work from IAN MCSHANE, CHRIS EGAN and the rest of the extraordinary KINGS cast; as well as striking performances by guest stars MACAULAY CULKIN, BRIAN COX, LESLIE BIBB, LEE TURGESEN, and SAFFRON BURROWS. Â The episode airing June 20, “THE SABBATH QUEEN” also marks the directing debut of screenwriter/producer AKIVA GOLDSMAN.

From the beginning, your support has been paramount to the show, and we thank you for your contribution to the overwhelmingly positive viewer (and reviewer) response. Â What success KINGS enjoyed was only made possible by your efforts in encouraging our viewership.

We are very proud of every episode of KINGS. Â We hope you check it out. Â We hope you like it.

Many thanks,

Michael Green

Here's a nice screen cap from "Kings," plus a pic of Bibby in Philly while filming "Law Abiding Citizen" (now in post-production), one from "Confessions of a Shopaholic" and one from "The Young Unknowns." Enjoy!

For those of us who tuned in to watch "Kings" tonight, we were surprised to discover a rerun of SVU! Here's the deal. NBC is trying to kill its own show. "Kings," starring Leslie Bibb, Macaulay Culkin, and Ian McShane has been bumped to summer. NBC claims that it will return on Saturdays at 8pm, starting on June 13 and running the last 7 episodes until July 25. Whether this will actually happen remains to be seen. Whether it will be picked up again next fall is highly unlikely as NBC has shot its own show repeatedly and left it bleeding to die. Write to the network!!!! This is a really good show! Plus I really want to know what's up with Mac and that high-heeled shoe. LOL

Leslie has been pitted against Martina McBride (country singer about 10 years Leslie's senior) by a guy who apparently does these "hottie matchup" polls! Only five people have voted so far and Martina's winning 3-2. I think it's more about name recognition in Martina's case. I've seen her perform and she's really good, actually. And pretty. But NO WAY is she prettier than Leslie!! I was only able to vote once, but see what you can do. And spread the word!!
